    • Members can avail the benefits multiple times during the contract period

    1. From December 18, 2023 to December 17, 2024, all active JuanLife members are entitled to avail the discounts in any participating Executive Optical branches.
    2. JuanLife members must present a valid ID and the valid Confirmation of Insurance to the staff on duty as proof of eligibility. Expired COIs will not be honored.
    3. JuanLife members must pay for the services with the discounted amount extended by Executive Optical upon completion of the service.




    1. What are the products offered by Executive Optical?

      Prescription and non-prescription eyewear. 


    1. What is the price range of eyewear from Executive Optical

      The prices range from P750 to P30,000. 


    1. What are the modes of payment?

      Cash, credit card, and e-payments (GCash, Maya etc.) 


    1. Is prescription included in the discount for signature frames and sunglasses?

      Discounts for signature frames and sunglasses are solely for frames and sunglasses only. Separate payment for the prescription lenses. 


    1. Is there a warranty on the eyewear?

      Yes, there is a warranty of 6 months up to 1 year depending on the brand po as long as the cause if a factory defect. Subject for approval upon assessment. However, other services like adjustment of frame (loose or misaligned) and change of screws and nose pads are free for life. 


    1. What are the exclusions of the warranty?

      The warranty does not cover change of mind, accidents, misuse and/or wear and tear. 


    1. Can I avail the benefits in any Executive Optical branch?

      The benefits can be availed in any Executive Optical store EXCEPT Landmark and OK Bazaar Zamboanga branches.


    1. If the JuanLife member’s policy is about to expire, can they still avail of the discount?

      They can avail the discount until the end date of their policy.  


    1. If the JuanLife member’s account has already expired and they purchase a new policy, can they avail the discount?

      Yes, they can avail the discount under the new policy as long as it’s activated within the availment period. They can present their new COI to the Executive Optical staff. 


    1. Can the discount be transferred to family members and friends?

      No. Only the JuanLife member with the COI and/or the SMS blast can avail of the discount.
