Mechanics:

1. If you’re a first-time customer of PharmEZ, you are required to create an account on PharmEZ’s website at https://www.pharmez.ph/. You can create an account upon checkout of products. If you’re already an existing PharmEZ customer, you can simply log in to your account.

2. To avail of the 15% discount on generic medicines, you must key-in the voucher code that was sent to you via SMS/email and upload your Confirmation of Insurance as proof of eligibility. An expired COI will not be honored. If you didn’t receive the voucher code, message us on Facebook or email us at wecare@juanlife.com.ph.

3. Once you check out, PharmEZ will send you an email summarizing your orders and notifying you that they will confirm the COI.

4. Once COI is confirmed and you are deemed eligible, PharmEZ will send a second email containing the total amount to be paid which applies the discount.

5. You must settle the final discounted amount as soon as possible in order for PharmEZ to prepare the delivery of the items.

FAQs

1) When or where will I get the discount promo code?
The promo code will be included in the SMS/Email blasts from JuanLife Philippines.

2) Do I have to upload my COI for every transaction?
Yes, the member must upload the COI at every transaction by clicking the “Upload
Prescription Here” link upon checkout.

3) Are there promo codes for the other offers?
No, the promo code is for the 15% discount offer only.

4) If the JuanLife member’s policy is about to expire, can they still avail of the
discount?
They can avail of the discount until the end date of their policy if it falls within the validity
period.

5) How long will the verification of COI be for every transaction?
The verification of the COI is within business hours only. COIs uploaded beyond business
hours will be verified the next day. Verification will take a maximum of 1 day.

6) Can all offers be used simultaneously?
Yes, as long as the transaction meets the requirements per offer.

7) What are the payment methods?
The member can pay via Cash on Delivery, Credit Card, BDO & BPI Online Transfer, and
GCash.

8) If the JuanLife member’s account has already expired and they purchase a
new policy, can they avail of the discount?
Yes, they can avail of the discount under the new policy as long as it’s activated within the
validity period. They can upload the new COI to the PharmEZ website.

9) Can the discount be transferred to family members and friends?
No. Only the JuanLife member with the COI and the SMS blast containing the promo
code can avail of the discount.

10) How are the items delivered to the member?
For Metro Manila deliveries, PharmEZ has their own fleet of riders.
Standard delivery fee of P50 will apply.
For deliveries outside Metro Manila, PharmEZ uses LBC as their official courier
partner.
